Credit pays for the work
Diagnosing a problem, writing the fix, upgrading a package, answering your review comments. Sandbox time is included in your credit. Your billing page shows what each piece of work used.

Common questions
How does the welcome bonus work?
Sign up with GitHub and start Pro with a card; a card is always required. Starting Pro adds a one-time $100 of credit on top of the plan’s $100 for the month, and you have 12 months to spend it. Each workspace gets it once.
What happens when credit runs out?
Fixes for production errors, failed deploys and security problems keep going, and what they use comes out of your next credit. Proactive work, like package upgrades, waits until you add credit or next month’s $100 arrives, then starts within the hour. Nothing is lost.
Does unused monthly credit roll over?
The $100 that comes with Pro is for that month. Credit you add yourself lasts 12 months. bugstack always spends the credit that expires soonest first.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. You keep access through the end of your billing cycle, and your data is preserved for 30 days in case you reactivate.
